We, together with Jewelry Information Center (JIC), are conducting a search for the best engagement story. If you have a great engagement proposal story, submit all of the details – whether romantic, funny or extreme – to JIC’s Ultimate Proposal Contest! You could win a grand prize package that includes platinum jewelry and a getaway in Santorini, Greece!
Entries are accepted from February 15-April 9, 2010. Then, after the judges narrow the entries down to the top 10, America will vote for their favorite proposal story from April 19-30, 2010! Be sure to tell your friends and family about the contest!

- Hi, My name is Dana and I own Dana Fine Jewelry in Downtown Newton. We have currently been established here for almost 13 years. I have been working in the jewelry business since I was 10 years old, watching my grandparents , a lot of people remember them they had Gregory Jewelers in downtown Newton (same location) for 25 years and a lot of people remember them. When my grandparents sold their store , I worked as a sales rep selling jewelry to jewelry stores, then I also worked in a manufacturer where we made jewelry , so I have worked in all aspects of jewelry and I love it.
We have a new engraver that can engrave on sterling silver, gold, stainless steel, but also glass, bibles, cellphones, guns, knives, ornaments, etc. It will engrave on just about anything.
